Building a Life That Feels Good — Not Just Looks Good

Georgie Stevens on building Naked Harvest, identity, and doing things her own way

Tell us about your family. How many Kids?

I’m a mum of two beautiful girls, Ivy and Lacey, and my family is truly at the centre of everything I do.

My husband Tim and I have built a life that blends both business and family, and while I run two businesses, my favourite role will always be being their mum.

Our days are a mix of work, beach time, slow mornings, and the chaos that comes with raising little humans… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What’s the part of being a mum that fills you up the most?

It’s the way motherhood has softened me. The love is so deep it almost changes how you see everything… your priorities, your pace, even your identity. Being present with my girls, watching them grow, and knowing I get to be part of shaping their world… that’s what fills me up in a way nothing else ever has.

What’s one thing that genuinely helps you stay afloat in the day-to-day juggle?

Regulating my nervous system and coming back to myself. When things feel overwhelming, I’ve learned that it’s not about doing more — it’s about grounding back into who I want to be in that moment. From there, everything feels a lot more manageable and intentional. I love our Rise app for daily activations.

How do you carve out space for career, motherhood, love, friends, and still find a moment for you?

I don’t try to balance everything perfectly… I prioritise in seasons.

Some days lean more into work, others into motherhood or rest, and I’ve made peace with that rhythm.

I’m also really intentional with my time and boundaries, so when I’m somewhere, I’m actually there. And the “moment for me” isn’t always big… sometimes it’s just slowing down, being present, or taking a breath between everything.

Where do you find fashion that genuinely feels like you?

I’ve learned that style, like everything else, comes back to identity. I don’t really follow trends… I focus on pieces that feel aligned with who I am in this season. I’m drawn to feminine, effortless silhouettes that make me feel confident and like myself. It’s less about where I shop and more about how something makes me feel when I wear it.

What does living a healthy, grounded life look like in your world?

For me, a healthy, grounded life is less about doing everything perfectly and more about how I feel day to day.

It’s having a regulated nervous system, feeling present with my family, moving my body in a way that feels good, and nourishing myself in a way that supports my energy.

It’s also about creating a life that feels spacious… where I’m not constantly rushing, but actually enjoying what I’ve built.

How do you keep your body moving in a way that feels realistic and sustainable?

I keep it really simple and realistic. I move my body in ways I actually enjoy, and I don’t put pressure on myself to be perfect or consistent every single day.

In this season, it’s about what fits into my life… whether that’s Pilates, a walk, or just being active with my girls.

I focus on how it makes me feel, not how it looks, and that’s what makes it sustainable.

What’s one non-negotiable that keeps your mind and body well?

Taking time to come back to myself. Whether it’s a walk, a few quiet minutes, or just slowing down and being present, it’s something I prioritise every day. It helps me regulate, reset, and show up the way I want to — both for myself and for my family.

When you think of ‘balance’, what does that actually mean to you in real life?

I don’t see balance as perfection or structure… I see it as fluid. It shifts depending on the season I’m in, and I’ve learned to trust that. For me, balance is feeling calm, present, and connected, even if everything isn’t perfectly divided.

What does your morning routine look like, honestly?

Honestly, it’s pretty simple and changes depending on the season I’m in. Right now, it’s slow mornings with my girls… waking up, feeding the baby, having breakfast together, and easing into the work day. If I can, I’ll move my body or take a moment for myself, but I don’t put pressure on it. It’s more about how I start the day feeling rather than following a strict routine.

How do you wind down at night, what does your evening routine look like?

Evenings are all about slowing down and coming back to my family. It’s usually dinner, time with the girls, and getting them settled for bed. After that, I like to switch off from work, keep things simple, and just relax… whether that’s watching something, having a quiet moment, or spending time with my husband. It’s less about a strict routine and more about creating a calm, easy end to the day.

What’s something about you that would genuinely surprise people?

Probably how much I’ve had to work on myself to become who I am today.

A lot of what I share now feels natural, but it’s come from years of inner work, unlearning, and choosing to show up differently.

It hasn’t just happened — it’s been very intentional. I’ve spent over $500k on self-development, and if you knew me when I was 21, I would be a very different human.

What’s a truth about yourself that took you years to finally admit?

That I don’t actually thrive in constant hustle. For a long time, I thought success had to feel fast, busy, and full-on, but the truth is I feel my best — and do my best — when things are slower, more intentional, and aligned. Letting myself build a life that feels calm, not chaotic, was something that took me years to fully accept.

When do you feel most like the truest version of you?

When I’m tapping into my own energy and staying in my own lane.

What’s a single moment that quietly shifted the direction of your life?

When I gave birth to my daughters. I truly believe when you give birth to a baby, you also birth a new version of yourself.

What’s a mistake you’re genuinely grateful you made?

Oh my gosh, I’ve made so many. I believe life happens for me, so with every mistake, I’m learning and growing.

What’s one boundary that completely changed your life?

Not taking people’s opinions personally. It’s really not my business.

What part of yourself do you judge the most (if you do), and why do you think you do?

Being a good mum… it feels like the most important thing for me.

What’s something about you that people would never guess?

Honestly, I share most parts of me. Maybe that I’m a lot more silly and funny in real life — I don’t show that too much online, but maybe I should.

If you could live an entirely different life for a year, what would you choose?

Living in the jungle, off the land.

What’s something that still feels uncomfortable, but you’re pushing yourself to do anyway?

Letting myself be seen at a deeper level.

I’m used to sharing parts of my life, but there’s still a layer of vulnerability that feels uncomfortable — being fully open, not perfectly curated, and trusting that it will land the way it’s meant to.

It’s something I’m actively leaning into.

What’s a version of yourself you’re trying to become?

A version of me who is fully present in her life — enjoying her family, her work, and everything she’s created without feeling rushed or pulled in every direction. Someone who feels grounded, soft, and certain in herself.

When you think about your younger self, what do you wish she knew?

How fkn powerful she is when she taps into her own energy.

What’s the hardest part of motherhood for you to admit out loud?

Keeping my cool and not putting my own limiting beliefs onto my children.

What’s a small joy that gets you through this season of life?

It’s the simple things — slow mornings, little laughs, time with my girls. This season has really reminded me that joy isn’t in the big moments, it’s in the everyday ones.
