At Here, There, Everywhere., we accept returns on full-priced items for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
• Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.
• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

Refunds

Orders returned for a refund will incur a $10.00 AUD processing fee per item returned.

No returns on promotional or sale items. Exchange only.

Return Shipping

Please ensure your return is sent via a traceable shipping method, and that your Return Authorisation (RA) number is clearly visible on the parcel.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Processing Time

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
